SPINAL ENDOSCOPY SYSTEM

The endoscopic surgical system is provided with a compact and functional set of instruments enabling the surgeon to intraoperatively address both transforaminal and interlaminar approaches using a single kit, without preoperative commitment to a specific surgical access.

The system integrates optics, a working channel, and dedicated instrumentation within a single platform designed to ensure precise and controlled execution of minimally invasive surgical procedures, aimed at treating disc-related and stenotic conditions while minimizing soft tissue trauma.

OVERVIEW

Monoportal endoscopic spine surgery represents an advancement in minimally invasive surgical techniques applied to the treatment of spinal disorders.

Clover Next provides a complete system intended for the execution of spinal endoscopic procedures through a single portal, accommodating both visualization and operative instruments.

The system configuration has been developed to provide:

  • controlled access to the pathological site

  • high-quality intraoperative visualization

  • availability of a comprehensive range of dedicated instrumentation

  • the option to perform either interlaminar or transforaminal approaches

  • optimized ergonomics and procedural workflow

The system is designed to support the effective execution of endoscopic decompression and discectomy procedures, adapting to varying anatomical conditions and surgical requirements.

INDICATIONS

The system is intended for monoportal spinal endoscopic procedures performed, at the discretion of the surgeon, for the treatment of degenerative and compressive spinal conditions.

Primary indications include:

  • Disc herniation

  • Disc protrusion

  • Migrated or sequestrated disc fragments

  • Spinal canal stenosis

  • Lateral recess stenosis

  • Foraminal stenosis

  • Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy

  • Degenerative nerve root compression

Final indications, patient selection, and choice of surgical approach must be determined by the surgeon based on clinical, radiological, and anatomical evaluation.
