PRP

C.PunT is a simple and automated closed-loop system for the preparation of autologous PRP.

Platelets contain growth factors, cytokines, and anti-inflammatory molecules.

The automatic system separates platelets from red and white blood cells and performs a double centrifugation starting from an adequate initial blood draw (50 ml), achieving a high platelet yield of >=1,000,000 platelets/microliter.

PRP is primarily indicated for the treatment of:

• Tendon or ligament injuries of non-surgical grade.
• Intra-articular treatment of early osteoarthritic-inflammatory conditions.
